Cutting of Lawn:
Lawn will be cut at 3 - 4 inches depending on the grass type. Cold weather grasses are cut longer in the hot season and warm weather grasses are cut shorter in hot weather.
Trimming:
All objects within the lawn are trimmed around at the same height as the mower to maintain a clean level appearance.
Edging:
Concrete walks and roadways will be edged to keep a neat shape.
Vertical Trimming:
Grass will be trimmed around all mulch areas.
Blowing:
All surfaces will be blown free of grass clippings.
Leaf Clean Up:
In the Fall, all leaf debris will be collected.
Trash:
Any trash on the grounds will be collected and disposed of.
Ground Inspection:
All turf will need to be inspected and any ground issues that needs attention will be brought to the attention of the homeowner with a "care for plan" to fix the problems.
Curb and Sidewalk Appeal:
Sidewalk weeds will be controlled by spraying.
